Hi, My name is Marla Newman. And I’ve been a real estate professional for 22 years. And during that time, I’ve closed over $350 million dollars in closed sales, and served over 1,300 families. That equates to over 1,000 homes in the Clay and St. John’s County alone. In between the time & passion I devote to my job, I love spending time with my family and being a Yaya to my grand babies, waterfall hikes, mountain air, and cuddling my dog, Milo, the wonder pup. My team and I are so excited to meet you!

Hi, My name is Jeff Budde. As an Illinois native, I've grown to enjoy both the cold weather and the warm weather that Jacksonville has to offer. It's been no mistake moving to The River City. I began my career life in Chicago, Illinois as a sales executive for an international manufacturing company of heavy trucks and equipment–it's where I learned the value of putting the customer's needs first in all circumstances. I also gained extensive knowledge of the construction industry which has fueled my current work with property owners and clients who are looking to build.
In January of 2013, I joined The Marla Newman Group as a real estate sales associate and property manager. The property management business has continued to grow as a service to our clients and has also evolved into investment property rehab and new construction. I am proud to offer these services to the clientele of The Marla Newman Group so that we can execute all aspects of service and expertise regarding real estate.
Although we at MNG Real Estate Services operate seven days a week for our customers, I always find time to enjoy all of the great activities that living in North Florida has to offer. Tennis is my favorite hobby these days and I'm always eager for a challenge.
Stephanie Budde

As a native of Chicago, Illinois I have always appreciated the variety that the Jacksonville area has to offer. You can go for a run down the beautiful scenic River Walk in downtown Jacksonville, enjoy the tranquility of the beach and waves at Jacksonville Beach Pier, and admire the history and culture of the oldest city in the country at St. Augustine. This diversity makes finding homes for my buyers not only rewarding but enjoyable as well. For that, I don’t see it as my job but truly my passion.
I am very thankful for the opportunity that I received throughout college participating in a sport that I love as a Division 1 athlete and coach for my other passion, volleyball. Learning how to manage my time between volleyball, school, and a job required a great deal of efficiency, organization, and strong work ethic. All of these qualities are important when working with our buyers and sellers.
I received a full scholarship to Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) where I studied Health Fitness and Rehabilitation. My success in the classroom and on the court led me to a full scholarship to University of Evansville. I enjoyed my responsibilities as a graduate assistant coach and receiving my Master Degree in Health Service Administration and achieving a 3.97 GPA.
I made the move to Florida to join my family which would later lead to joining the family business of real estate. I'm a mother to my beautiful daughter, Addie Mae. We enjoy going to many Jacksonville events including Jaguar games, One Spark, Night of Lights, and Music at the beach to just name a few.
Finding your new home should be an exciting time. It is always my goal to make the process of purchasing or selling a great experience. I believe that it is important to stay well-educated, persistent, and honest. Real Estate is always changing and I love the challenge that comes with that. Most importantly, I love the people that I get to meet, the relationships that I build with all our customers and the development of lifelong friendships.
